1. Warranty Coverage: Gonzo Enterprise LLC ("Gonzo Enterprise") warrants that all services provided by Gonzo Enterprise, including but not limited to installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems, will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of [Length of Warranty] from the date of completion of the service ("Warranty Period").
2. Scope of Warranty: This warranty covers defects arising from normal use and operation of the HVAC system as installed or serviced by Gonzo Enterprise. It includes repair or replacement, at Gonzo Enterprise's discretion, of any defective parts or components.

4. Warranty Claim Process: To make a warranty claim, the customer must notify Gonzo Enterprise in writing or by phone within the Warranty Period. Gonzo Enterprise will then schedule an inspection to assess the nature of the claim. If the claim is deemed valid, Gonzo Enterprise will repair or replace the defective parts or components at no cost to the customer.
5. Limitation of Liability: Gonzo Enterprise's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts or components as described above. Gonzo Enterprise shall not be liable for any other damages, including but not limited to incidental or consequential damages, arising from the use of its services.
6. Transferability: This warranty is transferable to subsequent owners of the property where the HVAC system is installed or serviced by Gonzo Enterprise. The Warranty Period for subsequent owners will be the remainder of the original Warranty Period.
7. Governing Law: This warranty policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Kansas.
8. Modifications: Gonzo Enterprise reserves the right to modify or amend this warranty policy at any time. Any such modifications or amendments will be effective upon posting on Gonzo Enterprise's website or other notification to customers.
