Cancellation Policy for Gonzo Enterprise, LLC

At Gonzo Enterprise, LLC, we understand that schedules can change and unforeseen circumstances can occur. This Cancellation Policy outlines how to cancel your HVAC service appointments with us and the conditions that apply to such cancellations.
1. Scheduling and Cancellations
- Advance Notice: To cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice. This allows us to manage our scheduling and serve other customers.
- How to Cancel: To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us directly at 913.689.5224 or support@gonzokc.com.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of $100 to cover part of the costs associated with the scheduled service.
- No-Shows: If you fail to be present at your property for your scheduled appointment without notifying us, a no-show fee of $150 may be applied.
2. Refunds
- Prepaid Services: For services prepaid online or over the phone, if you cancel within the required notice period, you are eligible for a full refund. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
- Deposits: If a deposit was made for booking an appointment, it is refundable if the cancellation is made within the stipulated notice period. Otherwise, the deposit may be retained as a late cancellation fee.
3. Emergency Cancellations
We understand that emergencies can happen. If you need to cancel your appointment due to an emergency, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your situation and waive the cancellation fees on a case-by-case basis.
4. Company-Initiated Cancellations
On rare occasions, Gonzo Enterprise may need to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather conditions or technician emergencies. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternative appointment dates and times, without any penalties or fees.
5. Changes to This Policy
Gonzo Enterprise, LLC reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. We will notify our customers of significant changes by posting the updated policy on our website and/or by sending other communications.
